I haven't received a shipment notification.

If you did not receive a shipping confirmation email, it may have been directed to your spam folder. If it is not there, please check your buyer receipt to see if your email is correct there. If it is not, or if you did not receive your order receipt, please reach out to us, as we may have the incorrect email on file. Make sure to include the order ID (“OR_xxxxxxxx”), the name on the shipping information, your email, and anything else that might be helpful!
